Personal training sessions can be arranged to take place in our Yogabatics studio, Alderley Edge, or from the convenience of your own home.

Personal nutrition tips

This is a one-of-a-kind toning & bodybuilding programme tailored specifically for people who don’t want to eat large amounts of animal produce. Based on 100{5471024e59c7338e70e6956cb9e76f212a665e0a8e4e1046138649eea885319f} natural organic supplements, no preservatives, additives or chemicals. We prefer  mindful eating using great fresh ingredients and simple cooking from scratch.

Your first session

During the first training session we will assess and discuss your goals, requirements, health condition and overall wellbeing. We will set up your personalised programme based on your requirements and your progress will start. We will guide you through each of your training sessions in person and help you to achieve your goals.
